OPUS joins the fight against global warming and the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions

According to a study carried out by the International Energy Agency, the contribution of controlling consumption to reducing emissions could reach two-thirds of the total in emerging, developing and transition countries, and around 50% in developped countries.
